The walk
Samuel Adams at Dock Square
We start at the statue, with a quill, an inkwell, and a Declaration waiting for your signature.
Faneuil Hall
The Cradle of Liberty, and what that nickname was really covering for.
The forgotten front lines
The quieter path through the 1776 Siege — the year the city spent surrounded, told where it happened rather than along the red brick.
Rowes Wharf
Out to the Harbor Walk to finish, looking at the water the British fleet sat in for eleven months.

Who it's forPatriots, minutemen, and liberty ladies who crave a spirited salute to the revolution’s start. The shortest and flattest of our routes, so it suits a tight afternoon or a mixed-ability group.

What to bringComfortable walking shoes — the full route is flat with even pavement (one optional short flight of stairs). Downtown Boston is windy year-round; bring a layer beyond what surrounding neighborhoods seem to call for. Water bottle on hot days.
WeatherTours run rain or shine (guides carry extra umbrellas). Cancelled only for thunderstorms, blizzards, or temperatures above 104°F / below 23°F, with at least 2 hours' advance notice and full refund or reschedule offered.
