An estimate, not an invoice — the range carries permits, staging and a rain plan where they apply. Nothing is charged until we've agreed the plan and you've confirmed the date.

Before you commit
Exclusions & limitations
Everything a coordinator gets asked before they can recommend us — answered here so you don't have to email for it.
- Deposit
A 50% deposit holds the time, once we've coordinated the plan with your guide.
The balance is due on the day. Nothing is charged while we're still working out the details — an estimate is not an invoice.
- Weather
We cancel when adverse conditions are forecast, and you choose: a new date or a full refund.
If you told us your timing is flexible, we'll reach out to move it rather than cancel. Severe weather that arrives mid-walk may cut a tour short; we settle that with you directly.
- Cancellation & refunds
Cancel 3 hours or more before the start for a full refund, deposit included.
Inside 3 hours the deposit is retained, since the date was held and the time can't be resold. The full terms are on our policies page.
- Group size
Up to 45 guests walk as one group; larger parties split in two.
The two are staggered so they never crowd the same viewpoint — tell us the headcount and we'll build it. Groups over 10 bring the Beamcaster cart rather than the handheld BeamBook, which is the $100 line on your estimate.
- What's not included
Transport, food and drink, and admission to any interior we pass.
Our walks are outdoors and on public ways, so we don't ticket anyone into a building. Accessibility varies by route — ask and we'll tell you honestly which one suits your group.
